Job Description
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing AI-powered solutions for complex real-world use cases. This role encompasses the entire development lifecycle, including integrating with LLMs, backend and front-end development, and deployment. You will work with AI models and agents, create and orchestrate AI agents, and engage in prompt engineering. Additionally, you will evaluate performance, build and maintain RAG workflows, process and analyze large datasets, and deploy AI systems in the cloud. You will design and build Web APIs and stay current with AI trends, tools, and breakthroughs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is crucial to align AI-driven solutions with strategic business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team and contribute to innovative projects and cutting-edge explorations. You will be expected to have strong knowledge of LLM architecture, data processing, and experience with cloud platforms.
Must have:
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, and C#
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture
- Familiarity with Langchain or alternative frameworks
- Experience with Vector DB
- Strong understanding of data processing and model evaluation
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in developing AI-powered solutions for complex real-world use cases, innovative projects and cutting-edge explorations. This role involves end-to-end development of AI applications, including integration with LLMs, backend and front-end development, as well as deployment expertise.
In this role you will:
- Work with AI models and agents
- Create and orchestrate AI agents
- Prompt Engineering
- Evaluate performance and quality
- Build and maintain RAG workflows
- Process and analyze large datasets ensuring high-quality input for embedding and fine-tuning AI models.
- Deploy AI systems in the Cloud on production environments
- Design and build Web APIs for seamless integration with AI solutions
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools and breakthroughs, ensuring integrating relevant advancements to drive innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product managers, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment of AI-driven solutions with strategic business objectives.
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Python, JavaScript and C#
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
- Familiarity with Langchain or alternative frameworks
- Experience with Vector DB (Pinecone, Chroma…) for efficient storage and retrieval of vector embeddings in LLMs
- Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment.
- Experience with AI Frameworks (Tensor Flow), along with designing, developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, would be an advantage.
- Expertise in specialized areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
