The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to ensure they maximize the value of Cyara's solutions. Responsibilities include owning customer outcomes, understanding customer pain points and objectives, negotiating renewals, acting as a program manager, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering insights. This role requires someone who is organized, process-driven, shows initiative, is customer-focused, articulate and confident, a communicator, and a problem solver. They will also manage client meetings, special requests and projects, coordinate with internal resources, and identify new revenue opportunities. Travel may be required.
