This role also involves acting as a program manager, coordinating client check-in meetings and projects, and identifying new revenue opportunities within the existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Customer Success Role, managing multinational accounts, and a strategic mindset. The role requires strong program management and analytical skills.
