Job Description

This Procure To Pay Transformation role involves identifying and driving transformation opportunities across a portfolio of accounts. The role requires driving industrialised intelligent automation, leading discussions with Service Delivery Teams to analyze process maturity, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in People, Process, Technology, and Controls. The individual will also work closely with the Practice and Delivery team to identify new opportunities for better efficiency. Furthermore, the role supports contractual re-negotiations and growth opportunities while working with BD & Solutions teams to improve profitability.
Must have:
  • Identify & Drive Transformation opportunities across accounts
  • Drive Industrialised Intelligent Automation across accounts
  • Analyze Process Maturity with Service Delivery Teams
  • Support contractual re-negotiations for business interests

  • Developing strong networks within the organization
  • Independently identify and drive projects to closure

Job Description

  • Identifying & Driving Transformation opportunities across portfolio of accounts
  • Drive Industrialised Intelligent Automation across the portfolio of accounts
  • Drive key discussions with the Service Delivery Teams to analyse the Process Maturity
  • Working closely within the Practice to ensure identification of ‘best in class’ processes based on internal and external benchmarks/best practices
  • Ensure independent implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Controls in conjunction with the Delivery Teams (Process and Technology)
  • Working closely with the Practice & Delivery team to arrive at new opportunities for better efficiency.

Primary Skills

  • Supports contractual re-negotiations to protect business interests while at the same time maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Supporting Growth opportunities while working with BD & Solutions team
  • Work with portfolio of accounts to identify opportunities for improving profitability

 

Secondary Skills:

  • Developing strong networks within the organization, whilst being mindful of internal protocol
  • Independently identify and drive projects to closure
