Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager in Professional Services, you will lead the design and execution of custom solutions to help customers realize the full potential of the AiDash platform. Your responsibilities include integrating into customer systems, adapting to their processes, and solving challenges. You will ensure that every implementation translates to real, operational impact. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions, translate business needs into technical plans, own the architecture of each custom solution, ensure on-time delivery, and ensure quality at every stage. The role is pivotal in ensuring customers adopt and thrive with AiDASH. This role is pivotal to ensuring customers not only adopt AiDASH but thrive with it.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
  • Experience delivering complex client-specific solutions across teams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.

The Role

As a Technical Project Manager in Professional Services, you’ll be at the frontlines of value delivery—leading the design and execution of custom solutions that help our customers realise the full potential of the AiDash platform. Whether it’s integrating into their systems, adapting to their processes, or solving edge-case challenges, you’ll ensure that every implementation translates to real, operational impact. You’re not just delivering features—you’re making our product work brilliantly in the real world. This role is pivotal to ensuring customers not only adopt AiDASH but thrive with it. 

How you will make an impact:

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, customer-specific solutions - spanning workflow redesigns, integrations, data transformations and tailored modulesthat extend beyond our core product 
    • Translate business needs into actionable technical plans by partnering with Customer Success to unpack operational workflows, understandcustomer pain points and objective, and alignon solution requirements 
    • Own the architecture of each custom solution - making key design decisions across integrations, pipelines, and feature extensions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with product standards 
    • Ensure reliable, on-time delivery- track timelines, resolve blockers, and drive momentum across all stakeholders (CS, R&D, DevOps) 
    • Ensure quality at every stage by enforcing design reviews, validating test coverage, and confirming that all custom work is production-ready, upgrade-safe, and thoroughly documented. 
    • Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by building reusable assets, creating implementation playbooks, and refining internal processes 
    • Influence product evolution:Identify patterns in custom implementations and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap priorities

What we're looking for:

    • B.Tech(Computer science/ IT) or MCA degree from a top tier graduation college 
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management in a SaaS, enterprise software, or system integration context.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex, client-specific solutions across cross-functional teams 
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications 
    • Expertise in Agile project management practices and tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana). 
    • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skill. 
    • Experience working with large enterprise customers is preferred 
    • Ability to manage ambiguity, define structure, and deliver under tight timelines.
