At Adobe, we are looking for an energetic Product Marketing Leader for our Element’s product line which has been serving the photo and video hobbyist customers over a decade. The Elements Family of products let hobbyist turn their photo/video memories into appealing creations with its unique interface which is easy to get started with its special magic but also offer ample headroom for hobbyist to make that unique creation! This entire line is run from India campus. This leadership role is based out of our Noida campus.
Product
Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements is a photo and video editing software bundle used by anyone who wants to edit and create with their photos and videos. It offers:
Easy editing with automation and AI
Effortless organisation
Step-by-step guidance for editing and creating
Fun ways to make and share spectacular photo and video creations, films and effects as well as photo prints and gifts
New web and mobile companion beta apps

What You'll Do
Head the Element’s Product Marketing function
Provide guidance to cross functional team of engineering, product management, and designers
Own and grow the revenue.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor/master's degree in business, management, or marketing with 10+ years of experience in the software industry, including 5+ years in product marketing.
Experience in B2C Marketing is a requirement, and having some exposure to B2B business is desirable.
Proven track record to handle multiple projects, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and third-party agencies for content creation (videos, images, promotional materials).
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills for collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and executive communications, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Proficient in analysing web analytics, performance metrics, and providing valuable marketing insights to advise strategies and feedback on product roadmaps. Knowledge of web analytics tool like Adobe Analytics is preferred.
Solid understanding of email marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, campaign execution, and experience in creating/managing in-product notifications and banners.
Skilled in managing listings, driving joint campaigns, optimizing visibility with major partners, and meticulous attention to detail in overseeing promotional materials to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
Adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions, demonstrating a proactive, positive approach with high initiative and critical thinking.
Demonstrated ability to create and champion vision, influence global collaborators in matrix organizations, and inspire teams to deliver the vision while leading in environments of uncertainty and complexity.
Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring marketing messages resonate with the target audience, and exposure to photo/video workflows in the consumer/hobbyist space is a plus.
Experience in entrepreneurship, running a business for an entire product line, and delivering software products in an agile, design-led thinking way is highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience of driving Product Led Growth initiatives is a plus.
