Job Description

As a Quality Manager/Architect, you'll identify how quality engineering and test technology can help clients, creating practical solutions. This involves project-level test management, test plan creation/implementation, and serving as a key interface between the client and the test team. You should possess strong communication and people management abilities. You'll need to be a seasoned Quality Assurance and Test Engineer with considerable experience coaching and establishing new teams, and working with diverse clients. This role requires active listening, adaptability, and proficiency in areas like Agile methodologies, automation testing, defect management, and stakeholder management, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
