This freelance recruiter position involves utilizing various recruitment platforms and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source potential candidates for various job vacancies. Responsibilities include interviewing and assessing candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, proactively engaging with potential candidates, and assisting with recruitment improvement projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field, have at least one year of end-to-end recruitment experience (preferably in a tech company; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply), and possess excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English. This is a 3-month freelance contract with a hybrid work arrangement in the Kuningan, Jakarta office.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from Psychology or related majors
At least having 1 year experience in managing end to end recruitment, preferably having the experience in tech companies (fresh graduate with internship experience in recruitment are welcome to apply)
Good understanding of end to end talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Willing to work under 3-months freelance contract and able to go on hybrid work arrangement in Jakarta office, Kuningan
