This freelance recruiter position involves utilizing various recruitment platforms and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source potential candidates for various job vacancies. Responsibilities include interviewing and assessing candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, proactively engaging with potential candidates, and assisting with recruitment improvement projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field, have at least one year of end-to-end recruitment experience (preferably in a tech company; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply), and possess excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English. This is a 3-month freelance contract with a hybrid work arrangement in the Kuningan, Jakarta office.
