Senior 3D Scene Artist (Urban Life Simulation)

As a Senior 3D Scene Artist, you will be responsible for independently creating high-quality 3D scene models based on project requirements. You will participate in optimizing the 3D scene team's workflow, continuously improving the quality standards. Additionally, you will manage and integrate scene art resources within the engine, handle outsourcing, and ensure the quality and deadlines of outsourced work. You will also manage on-site personnel, schedule, control quality, provide production guidance, and guarantee the final effect and deadlines. Furthermore, you will collaborate with concept artists, planners, special effects artists, TA, and LA to understand their underlying needs and offer professional 3D suggestions. Keeping up with industry trends to maintain leading-edge art quality is also essential.
