Senior Creative Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative design, graphics creation, branding, and web design, with an added focus on printing and production. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in visual communication across all platforms and enhancing our company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Graphics Creation: Conceptualise and create visually compelling designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
• Branding: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all branding materials, including logos, packaging, and promotional items.
• Web Design: Design and update website layouts, banners, and other digital assets to improve user experience and engagement.
• AI Content & Image Generation: Utilize new-age AI tools to generate content and images that enhance traditional design techniques.
• Printing & Production: Oversee the design process from concept to final production, ensuring all print materials meet the highest standards. Coordinate with printers to manage the production process, review samples, and ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Software Proficiency: Expertly use design software, including CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant tools, to produce high-quality visual content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design strategies with overall company goals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and technologies into your design process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 5+ years in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content and image generation.
• In-depth knowledge of printing processes, materials, and techniques.
• Experience in coordinating with printers, reviewing samples, and ensuring the quality of printed materials.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and web design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
