As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on exceptionally high-profile projects that will shape the future of our company. You will collaborate with a team of professionals who demonstrate exceptional dedication and expertise to deliver flawless infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within allocated timeframes and budgets
  • Collaborate closely with relevant parties to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while understanding project requirements.
  • Create and manage project plans, including resources, setting timelines, and achieving key objectives.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate and communicate project progress, status, and updates to important individuals involved in the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions into existing systems
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building solid relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrable experience in leading multiple technical projects simultaneously including; physical data center builds, migrations, and deployments.
  • Proficient understanding of project management methodologies and effective approaches including Scrum
  • Ability to strictly adhere to project management principles and guidelines
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly determine and implement effective solutions

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. 

In addition, this role

$136,300$204,500 USD
