Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Greve, Denmark. This internship provides on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), 4-wheel alignment (basic understanding required), drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various hand and power tools. The ideal candidate possesses a strong team mentality, positive attitude, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, web), and a passion for the automotive industry. The apprenticeship involves hands-on experience with Tesla vehicles and equipment.

- Basic diagnostics
- Body adjustments
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English language is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
