About The Company

Winged IT is a Polish Tech Recruitment, Outstaffing, and Consulting Company with over 100 clients from 4 continents.

We deliver Tech Talents from Central and Eastern Europe, ready to work remotely from Poland or relocate to other countries.

We effectively support international companies in establishing their remote (in-house or oustaffed) engineering teams in Poland – to learn why to choose Poland, please visit our dedicated website https://doITinPoland.com/.

Our offer:

Creation of client’s Tech team/subsidiary in Poland

We support creating local engineering teams (in-house or oustaffed) of international companies that want to increase quality and reduce costs by developing Tech operations in Poland.

Polish Software Developers and other Tech professionals are highly regarded in the market and work at many leading international companies. Meanwhile, average salaries in Poland are still much lower than in most ‘Global North’ countries.

Winged IT’s assistance allows international companies to set up their teams in Poland effectively. Our services include complex support of a soft-landing in Poland: recruiting local Tech Talents, legal and tax advisory, market intelligence, contacts with local authorities responsible for foreign investments, office space rental, and others.

Permanent recruitment of Tech professionals from CEE

Winged IT offers its clients worldwide support in employing Tech professionals from Poland and Central-Eastern Europe (CEE).

Tech specialists from CEE (e.g., software engineers) are recognized as one of the best in the World.

Most speak English fluently and want to work for international companies – remotely or abroad.

Outstaffing of Tech professionals from CEE

Winged IT offers its clients worldwide support in engaging Tech professionals from Poland and Central-Eastern Europe (CEE) in the outstaffing model.

Our contractors work onsite in clients’ offices in different countries or remotely from Poland and CEE (a much more cost-effective option).
