                </p><div>AGS is a fun, exciting, and growing company focused on making amazing slot machine games.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>We are looking for a self-motivated person who enjoys the complexities and trade-offs of working in a multidiscipline creative environment.&nbsp; If you love making games and making them with other amazing people, then we want to meet you.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></div><ul><li>Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.</li><li>Creating tools to improve art and software pipelines.</li><li>Assembly and organization of many game assets. Primarily visual elements.&nbsp;</li><li>Runtime animation inside of Unity.&nbsp; May include 2D/3D character rigging and animation, particle animation, dynamic elements such as player facing messaging and UI.&nbsp;</li><li>Sequencing of runtime choreography for game elements and transitions between scenes.</li><li>Generating in-engine/runtime special effects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to receive constructive feedback and eager to learn.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.</li></ul><div><strong>Skills/Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Portfolio required.</strong></li><li>Ability to create shaders.</li><li>Knowledge of art optimization techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Media Art and Animation or equivalent work experience</li><li>Mid-level technical artist with 2-3 years of Experience</li><li>Create tools for the graphics team</li><li>Ability to accurately rig 2d/3d characters&nbsp;</li><li>Photoshop / illustrator / After Effects proficiency</li><li>Maya or other 3D program experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Also would be great if you could:</strong></div><ul><li>Have excellent communication skills and organizational skills.</li><li>Can take and give constructive feedback.</li><li>Have previous gaming industry experience.</li><li>Work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.</li><li>Be self-motivated and proactive to get stuff done.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><div><strong>Please note that this position requires your presence in our office in Macquarie Park, NSW Australia as the work cannot be done remotely.</strong><br><br>Candidates must be an Australian resident/PR with a valid work visa or equivalent. <strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>To get a sense of our organizational culture.
