You'll act as a point of contact with payment providers, facilitating communication between internal and external development teams. In Summary:
We are looking for an Integration and Payment Provider Services Specialist to support and work alongside our Payments team to support the integration and configuration with all payment providers
&nbsp;
The Job:
<ul>
<li> Acting as a point of contact with payment providers from a technical perspective for configuration of payment providers within various environments (Development, Stage, Live etc).</li>
<li> Facilitate communication and interactions between the internal WHG payments development teams and the payment provider development teams.</li>
<li> Assist the Payments Product Manager/Owners and the wider business in delivering on the product vision.</li>
<li> Assist in scrum ceremonies with internal WHG development teams in scoping and fletching out technical detail for epics and stories.</li>
<li> Drive and assist in various integration/tech projects as set by the Payment Product Manager and wider company initiatives.</li>
<li> Set up payment providers globally in the different environments (Development, Stage, Live etc) and follow up with the external teams for the correct operational process of these environment.</li>
<li> Coordinate with the Payments Program Manager and the Payments Product Team for the correct configuration of the available payment options within the various environments.</li>
<li> Familiar with writing simple SQL select, update &amp; insert statements and use of where.</li>
</ul>
 
What you already have:
<ul>
<li> 3+ years of experience in an Integrations or Configurations role. </li>
<li> Good analytic skills and understanding of third party integrations</li>
<li> Experience with payment provider systems.</li>
<li> Strong technical communication skills.</li>
<li> Knowledge of integration processes and project coordination.</li>
<li> Familiarity with scrum and agile methodologies.</li>
<li> Ability to write basic SQL queries.</li>
<li> Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
 
Nice to have:
<ul>
<li> Familiar with monitoring tools such as DataDog or NewRelic and being able to fetch and analyse the logs. </li>
<li> Familiar with metrics and identifying the right configuration for a correct monitoring of the payment provider integrations</li>
