In Summary:
We are looking for an Integration and Payment Provider Services Specialist to support and work alongside our Payments team to support the integration and configuration with all payment providers
The Job:
- Acting as a point of contact with payment providers from a technical perspective for configuration of payment providers within various environments (Development, Stage, Live etc).
- Facilitate communication and interactions between the internal WHG payments development teams and the payment provider development teams.
- Assist the Payments Product Manager/Owners and the wider business in delivering on the product vision.
- Assist in scrum ceremonies with internal WHG development teams in scoping and fletching out technical detail for epics and stories.
- Drive and assist in various integration/tech projects as set by the Payment Product Manager and wider company initiatives.
- Set up payment providers globally in the different environments (Development, Stage, Live etc) and follow up with the external teams for the correct operational process of these environment.
- Coordinate with the Payments Program Manager and the Payments Product Team for the correct configuration of the available payment options within the various environments.
- Familiar with writing simple SQL select, update & insert statements and use of where.
What you already have:
- 3+ years of experience in an Integrations or Configurations role.
- Good analytic skills and understanding of third party integrations
- Experience with payment provider systems.
- Strong technical communication skills.
- Knowledge of integration processes and project coordination.
- Familiarity with scrum and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiar with monitoring tools such as DataDog or NewRelic and being able to fetch and analyse the logs.
- Familiar with metrics and identifying the right configuration for a correct monitoring of the payment provider integrations
