Job Description

gTech Ads Sellside Solutions Consultant needs fluency in Mandarin and English. Responsibilities include providing daily consultation and technical troubleshooting to partners, assisting clients in adopting new products, ensuring technical aspects of client integrations, guiding sales and partners on data management, and conducting data analyses. The role involves collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve products and client experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, and experience with internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTTP).
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
  • 2+ years customer-facing experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Experience with internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTTP)
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with BI Front-end, Data Analytics Middleware
  • Experience with Internet/Apps/Gaming operations
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consultancy or technical sales.
  • Experience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with BI Front-end, Data Analytics Middleware, Middle platform for Apps, or Back-end Data Warehouse technologies.
  • Experience with Internet/Apps/Gaming operations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills along with ability to work across geographically dispersed functions.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners in the day-to-day issues by providing consultation, delivering innovative solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to the issues.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop long term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Provide guidance to and work with sales and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows.
  • Conduct analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, data analysis, model development, and delivery of results to business partners and executives.
