This Sales Intern position is part of the global sales & marketing organization for automotive, focusing on driving demand creation and revenue growth. The intern will work independently within the GC Auto sales force to achieve business goals, manage assigned customer accounts, build strong relationships, ensure timely delivery of solutions, and collaborate with cross-region/cross-function teams. Responsibilities also include providing regular sales forecasts and reports.
Good To Have:
Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred
Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred
Must Have:
Work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth
Work independently as part of GC Auto sales force to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share
Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Work with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP
Provide regular sales forecast & report
Knowledge of software and hardware embedded system
Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English
Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Frequent domestic travel required
