Job Description

Seeking a driven Account Manager with social or influencer background to manage a client within a major car brand's ecosystem. Responsibilities include leading client growth, ensuring smooth social media channel operations, managing day-to-day client interactions, coordinating content delivery, and working with creative teams. The role requires combining social media expertise with client business objectives to deliver high-quality work, manage budgets, and maintain clear communication.

  • Ensure high-quality work and meet KPIs.
  • Coordinate status meetings, presentations, reporting, and budget.
  • Produce clear, concise, and accurate communications for clients.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in advertising, social media, or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Possess solid project management skills.
  • Understand financial, process, and billing management.
  • Stay updated on social media trends.
  • Experience with Instagram, YouTube, influencers, and social shoots.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Are you an Account Manager with a background in social or influencer? Want to work for one of the biggest and best car brands in the world? We’re looking for someone driven and dynamic to step in and take ownership of a part of the business. You will work with our talented creative and design team build, grow and further develop the client’s social presence.

##### WHAT YOU DO

  • You take ownership of a small client within our ecosystem, giving you an opportunity to lead and grow the client with a good balance of autonomy and support. It’s a great opportunity for a driven and ambitious account manager who’s keen to learn and grow.
  • You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the social media channels, and will manage the client day-to-day– from taking briefs from clients, booking internal resource, managing briefings, client comms, reviewing and delivering content across all channels
  • Day-to-day you’ll work with a seasoned Business Director, expert social creatives, and the wider account management team when supporting on larger projects and taking the helm on small-medium scale projects and productions.
  • You combine your extensive understanding of social media with knowledge of the client’s business and objectives to provide helpful guidance alongside the creative team throughout the process
  • You ensure that work is of the highest quality and KPIs are met
  • You are responsible for coordinating status meetings, presentations, reporting, budget management and overall key account issues
  • You use your communication skills to produce clear, concise and accurate verbal and written communications to service clients - from formulating expectations and required actions to all relevant implications (e.g. time and cost) with a level of detail appropriate to the audience.

##### WHO YOU ARE

  • You have +3 years professional experience in advertising / social media / influencers & creators, and a keen interest in the field
  • You have a healthy self-confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • You have excellent communication skills – you know how to interact both internally and with clients, learning how to get the best out of everyone
  • You have a strong attention to detail and time management
  • You have solid project management skills, and are a trusted pair of hands
  • You understand the importance of good financial management, process management and billing on-time
  • You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to social – you know what good looks like, and what the latest trends are
  • You have experience working in Social (ideally Instagram and YouTube) and collaborating with influencers/creators
  • You have experience managing small social shoots end-to-end
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential for our daily business
  • Proficiency in German is a plus
