CrazyLabs is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Ad Monetization Manager to join their Product Monetization team. This role involves maximizing ad revenue across their mobile game portfolio by developing and executing in-game ad monetization strategies, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights to various teams. The manager will also monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and serve as a key contact for ad networks, leveraging SQL and data visualization tools to optimize revenue.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute in-game ad monetization strategies across multiple titles.
  • Analyze monetization performance and provide actionable insights to Product, User Acquisition, and Data teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and support continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for ad networks, building relationships and resolving issues.
  • Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to explore user behavior and uncover revenue trends.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ad monetization strategy, analytics, or operations within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proven background in managing ad monetization performance and communicating with ad network partners.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Understanding of the hybrid-casual gaming space.

We’re looking for a strategic and data-savvy Ad Monetization Manager to join our Product Monetization team. In this role, you’ll help maximize ad revenue across our game portfolio by combining analytical expertise with strong cross-functional and partner communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute in-game ad monetization strategies across multiple titles, including live and soft-launched games.
  • Analyze monetization performance and provide actionable insights to the Product, User Acquisition, and Data teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and proactively support continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for ad networks—building strong relationships, resolving issues, and driving opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to explore user behavior, evaluate ad placements, and uncover revenue trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ad monetization strategy, analytics, or operations— within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proven background in managing ad monetization performance and communicating with ad network partners.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with additional BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the hybrid-casual gaming space is a significant advantage.
