Scopely is looking for an Ads Quality Coordinator to join our Global Advertising team!

The Advertising team oversees our games' overall ads operations, strategy, and product offerings. The team collaborates with our product, sales, revenue operations and other teams to help improve campaign strategy, execution and analysis.
What You Will Do
- Manage Ads Quality performance by ensuring that the formatting and content meets Scopely’s content policy
- Maintaining the Ad Quality policy and guidelines
- Provides updates and reports to Ads team on network creative performance
- Liaise with game teams to troubleshoot any ads quality issues
- Monitor and report on all channels, activity and performance
- Provide support in compiling data and information for different analysis and monthly reports
- Liaison with the Networks to ensure updates are enforced
- Identification of risks (both opportunities and threats) that may impact app store reviews, ad unit performance and ad duration
- Manage documentation, and strategy communications
- Analyze, troubleshoot and proactively develop recommendations for channel and product optimization to maximize user experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years digital advertising experience preferably in publisher side, Ad Operations and QA experience is a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or economics is preferred
- Knowledge of campaign lifecycle management, ad sales process, trafficking, QA, performance analytics/reporting
- Basic understanding of ad systems, technologies and other 3rd party measurement tools
- Experience working with Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with all levels of employees
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment and cross-departmentally
- Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business
