Assistant Manager

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. You must be able to deliver as well. You need to have held a license for a minimum of 2 years, have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance, pass a background check and MVR, and be at least 18 years old. Responsibilities also include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, having transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
