Infinite Roar, a fast-growing agency within Publicis Media, is seeking a strategic and proactive Associate Director, Growth. This role involves leading new business pitches, developing presentations, and managing pitch teams to drive new and organic business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global teams, actively participate in presentation rehearsals, and identify innovative ways to enhance the pitch process, contributing to the agency's aggressive growth goals.
Must Have:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant new business experience in a media agency setting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and pitches.
  • Strong strategic communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy of outputs, data, and storylines.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying solutions independently and collaboratively.

Overview

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a strategic, proactive, and well-organized leader to drive new thinking and deliver truly innovative work. Reporting to the SVP, this role will help lead the development of pitch presentations, materials, and communications to drive new and organic business growth to deliver on our aggressive goals.

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to fill this role, someone who isn’t afraid to share their ideas and opinions within a supportive and collaborative work environment. Embedded within the PM Business Development & Growth team, the Associate Director, Growth will help manage new business pitches. This is a fast-paced job that will require everything from assembling written responses to inbound queries to developing and executing pitch theater to managing internal systems and processes. This role is a career accelerator with high levels of exposure to senior management across Publicis Media.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize pitch teams in answering RFI/RFP questions, chasing responses, editing responses, and preparing pitch presentations
  • Support development of pitch presentations including critiquing and editing media plan content, brainstorming big ideas, and developing the pitch “story”
  • Manage and motivate the pitch team while guiding and enabling pitch timelines, checkpoints, accountabilities, deliverables, design, production, and travel needs
  • Collaborate and lead communications with local, regional, and global teammates, stakeholders, departments, and agencies
  • Actively participate in presentation rehearsals by preparing presenters, ensuring key message points are hit, and ensuring the pitch “story” is clear, concise, and strategic
  • Identify new ways to drive innovation and efficiency within the pitch process and amongst the Growth team
  • Establish strong, collaborative connections with client and team members to work seamlessly together

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant new business experience in in a media agency setting
  • Proficiency in MS office suite: would need expert-level PowerPoint skills
  • Willingness to travel- may be required for meetings and pitches
  • Strategic communication skills- written and verbal
  • Time management skills: ability to project manage in a fast-moving environment
  • Organizational skills: ability to review and ensure accuracy of outputs, data, and storylines
  • Solution-oriented – ability to identify solutions both independently and in collaborative group settings
