Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Producer to manage creative projects for Lexus. This role involves handling production details for TV tagging, radio campaigns, and small video projects like online content and re-edits. You will also collaborate with senior Producers on larger shoots, gaining hands-on experience in the production process. Key responsibilities include facilitating client and internal team communication, assisting with project planning and organization, creating documentation, managing vendors, and staying informed on industry trends.

  • 1-2 years of production experience, ideally at an agency.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working on content campaigns and familiarity with all content platforms and workflow.
  • Working knowledge of video post-production.

Overview

About this Position:

We’re looking for an Associate Producer to help bring creative projects to life for our client Lexus. You’ll handle production details for TV tagging, radio campaigns, and small video projects like online content, digital out-of-home (OOH), and re-edits of existing footage. You’ll also collaborate with senior Producers on larger, more complex shoots, gaining hands-on experience in every step of the production process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the production process
  • Assist producers with planning, organizing, and directing everything required for the successful development, implementation, and execution of multiple concurrent projects
  • Create estimates, schedules, meeting notes, and other project-related documentation
  • Assist the producer in managing external vendors and project teams
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and learn to recognize potential challenges and risk factors early in the game
  • Stay up-to-speed and keep key stakeholders informed on relevant industry trends and executions from competitors
  • Revise current spots / content as needed
  • Collaborate with Business Affairs to estimate jobs, talent, etc.
  • Build a strong relationship and work closely with the Lexus Cost Consultant (MCA)
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 - 2 years of production experience, ideally at an agency
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working on content campaigns and familiarity with all content platforms and workflow
  • Working knowledge of video post-production
  • Willingness to learn about industry reps and their current rosters
  • Strong communication and independent decision making skills

Compensation Range: $53,200.00- $73,920.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
