Job Description

Tesla Taiwan is seeking an Auto Paint Technician/Body Repair Technician in Taichung for a full-time position. The role involves repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to factory standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include safely operating painting tools and equipment, masking undamaged areas, mixing paints accurately, creating test panels, repairing paint surfaces using spray guns or brushes, inspecting paint jobs for flaws, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety regulations, and working flexible hours including overtime as needed. The successful candidate will participate in company training and perform other assigned tasks as required. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Safe operation of painting tools and equipment
Accurate paint mixing and color matching
High-quality paint repair and finishing
Equipment maintenance and safety compliance
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime

What to Expect

車輛噴漆技師主要負責破損車輛車身的修補和修復, 使破損車輛車身漆面恢復到出廠標準,讓客戶滿意。
主要職責：
• 安全正確操作使用所有的鈑金噴漆工具和設備
• 遮蓋保護未損壞的車身部分
• 按規格混合塗料以使色彩搭配得當
• 利用品牌規定的色彩搭配生產測試面板
• 使用噴霧劑或者油漆刷適當的修補油漆面
• 檢查噴漆工藝,確保無任何花面,凹陷或者未上漆區域
• 維護並保持維修廠設備於良好狀態
• 按照公司以及法規要求維護設備以及穿戴個人防護裝備和防護面具
• 能接受彈性工作時間，以及必要的加班以完成工作任務
• 參與公司提供相關專業培訓課程
• 根據公司業務需求，完成其他的指定工作
