The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program for Early Career Talent, offering an immersive experience in the Web3 space. Participants will gain insight into Binance's operations, expand their professional network, and build transferable skills. The program focuses on development and networking to propel careers forward in the rapidly expanding blockchain industry.

Must Have:
  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
  • Manage job postings across platforms
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS
  • Support market mapping and competitor research
  • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
  • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
  • Identify and suggest process improvement ideas

Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
  • Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
  • Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
  • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
  • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
  • Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
