Business Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will help bridge the gap between client requirements and our development team. In this role, you’ll translate client needs into clear user stories, prioritize tasks, and work closely with both stakeholders and the team to ensure alignment. With a strong understanding of technical language, you’ll support the team’s efficiency and foster clear communication across all projects.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Translate client requirements into detailed user stories and project specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with the team to clarify tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Conduct regular check-ins on project progress and keep all parties updated.
• Use project management tools like ClickUp to track tasks and maintain project visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience with sprint planning.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Passion for video games and familiarity with development processes.

Preferred Certifications:

• Product Owner (CSPO or equivalent) to enhance understanding of Agile product management.
• Additional relevant certifications in business analysis or Agile methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is a plus, though not required, to support Agile practices effectively.
