Job Summary
Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Manager Level professional for Business Development and Account Management. The role involves exploring opportunities and growing Enterprise Accounts within specific industries and target segments in Hong Kong. The primary goal is to meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new prospects and upgrade opportunities from existing customers. This includes soliciting new sales opportunities through cold calls, following up on leads, and participating in trade events. The position also focuses on increasing solution adoption through account penetration and collaboration with the Global account team, employing professional and consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and propose win-win solutions. Collaboration with various support teams is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must Have
- 5+ years of corporate sales experience

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Explore opportunities and grow Enterprise Accounts.
- Penetrate specific industries and target segments in HK.
- Meet & exceed the monthly sales target via identification of new and upgrade opportunities from new prospects and existing customers.
- Solicit new sales opportunities via conducting cold calls, following up on sales leads, participating in the trade events etc.
- Increase solution adoption via account penetration to different stakeholders and collaboration with the Global account team.
- Professional & consultative selling skills to uncover customer’s needs and challenges & to propose the win-win solution.
- Collaborating with different support teams (e.g. Product, Operation, Customer Service, IT, Legal, Finance) to ensure solution and service meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business-related or equivalent discipline.
- At least 5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably with consultative solution selling experience, selling to different C-Level or above Executives.
- A strong logical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record to work in a highly matrixed, dynamic and challenging business environment with strong & professional business acumen.
- Exceptional result-oriented individual who are ambitious, assertive with strong drive to win.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills in both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
