The Group Account Director/Brand Director is responsible for achieving business plan objectives by effectively managing quality communication strategies for clients. This involves leading and motivating the Account Servicing team, ensuring excellent customer service, translating client challenges into strategic plans, and maintaining company profitability. The role also focuses on team development, fostering client relationships, identifying new business, and presenting agency proposals. Candidates need 10-12 years of advertising experience, strong business acumen, and critical thinking skills.
