Job Summary
This role is for a Cell Process Development Researcher for 2026 graduates in Suzhou. The primary responsibilities include mastering various cell culture and expansion techniques for cell types such as CAR-T, TCR-T, MSC, TIL, NK, and iPSC. The researcher will also be involved in experimental review, data compilation, and equipment maintenance. Candidates should hold a Master's degree or higher in biology or related fields, be familiar with R&D processes, and possess strong English proficiency for technical documentation and communication.
Must Have
- Master various cell culture and expansion techniques
- Understand and master operation procedures for CAR-T, TCR-T, MSC, TIL, NK, iPSC cells
- Responsible for experimental operation and record review, and data compilation
- Familiar with daily cleaning and simple maintenance of lab cell process development equipment
- Actively prepare for experiments (material requisition) and clean up afterwards
- Ensure safety protection during experiments
- Master's degree or above in biology, pharmacy, or related majors
- Familiar with conventional R&D processes and key points of overall process development
- English CET-4 or above, capable of in-depth learning, writing bilingual documents, and English oral communication for R&D
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Proficiently master various cell culture and expansion techniques.
2. Understand and master the operation procedures and techniques for various cell types, such as CAR-T, TCR-T, MSC, TIL, NK, iPSC.
3. Responsible for reviewing experimental operations, reviewing experimental records, and timely summarizing experimental data.
4. Understand and master the daily cleaning and simple maintenance of laboratory equipment related to cell process development.
5. Participate in relevant training organized by the company or department on time.
6. Actively and proactively prepare for experiments: material requisition, etc.; and clean up after experiments.
7. Actively and proactively ensure safety protection during experiments, being the primary person responsible for personal safety.
8. Actively and proactively complete other tasks arranged by the company and supervisor, and obey daily laboratory management.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, in biology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or related majors.
2. Familiar with conventional R&D processes and key points of overall process development.
3. Proficiently master various cell culture and expansion techniques.
4. CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or above, capable of in-depth learning of R&D-related English documents, able to write bilingual (Chinese and English) process development related documents through learning, and capable of English oral communication regarding these documents.
