As a CNC Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Apple, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing critical CNC processes and equipment used to manufacture our products. This highly visible role requires close collaboration with Product Design, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Design, and global suppliers. Your work will ensure optimal design for CNC manufacturing, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining. Utilizing data, hands-on development, and testing, you'll guide decisions related to equipment selection, tooling, cutting strategies, and CAM software, impacting globally. This role involves problem-solving and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
- Design and oversee CNC processes and equipment.
