Job Description

Pedestrian Group is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a fixed-term contract to lead and manage high-quality native content campaigns. This role involves working with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end execution across various industries. Key responsibilities include campaign management, client communication, content review, and reporting, ensuring all campaigns meet timelines, budgets, and commercial objectives.
Must Have:
  • Serve as the key point of contact, providing exceptional service and managing client presentations and regular check-ins
  • Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring strong brand representation across video, content production, and promotional materials
  • Oversee deliverables, timelines, budgets, and communication with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with Native Content teams to ensure briefs are clear and actionable, supporting talent coordination for shoots
  • Lead internal projects and communicate with senior leaders across Pedestrian Group and Nine businesses
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and meeting production deadlines
  • Possess excellent client service ability, commercial acumen and high attention to detail
  • Have passion and experience for managing stills and video production
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and project management
  • Proven experience in client service, project management, PR and/or production
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia

Qualifications

  • Excellent client service ability, commercial acumen and high attention to detail.
  • Passion and experience for managing stills and video production
  • Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.
  • Curious and keeping across emerging technology, platforms and consumer trends
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and be sensitive to relationships;
  • Strong understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and make stand-out commercial creative work
  • Proven experience in client service, project management, PR and/or production.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team orientated, dynamic environment.
