As a Junior Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for prioritizing customer satisfaction and, most importantly, have a passion for gaming.

You will...

  • Address and resolve inbound customer problems and inquiries
  • Keep record of each case in the dedicated web tool for future reference
  • Escalate issues, notify the relevant team, and track progress until resolution
  • Spot emerging issues and create templates for quicker responses to similar issues
  • Stay updated on product information, promotions, and updates to manage customers 

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

  • 1-2 years of experience working for a gaming or e-commerce company
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across different teams and departments
  • Passionate and well-versed in mobile games and digital products
  • Fundamental knowledge of data analytics and database management
  • Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting methods
  • A customer-centric approach focused on understanding and building connections with customers
