The Role

We are seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to help facilitate and manage current and upcoming deliveries to major platforms around the world. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker who can juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organisation and meticulous attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast- paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.

• QC and edit of Moonbug asset library
• Create customised metadata for each OTT platform
• Assist in curation of content prior to delivery deadlines
• Edit and collate videos for themed compilations
• Manage non-video assets and log them in the archive
• Maintain accurate procedures and records of deliveries to clients and platforms.
• Monitor system performance notably for reports ingestion when needed.
• Collaborate with Brands Team or 3rd party Artwork providers for timely deliveries.
• General company support and assisting other teams with projects from time to time
