As an eCommerce Marketplace Program Manager, you will spearhead the global customer experience (CX) strategy across marketplaces, ensuring it aligns with Apple’s standards. You will work with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This includes executing a CX roadmap with A/B testing and program launches to improve the digital shopping experience. You'll also use data insights to optimize the online experience and drive innovation by developing cases to show the return on investment of CX initiatives. This role involves collaboration, strategic execution, and data-driven decision-making to boost sales growth.
