Job Summary
This role involves solution sales to acquire major merchants and increase PayPay usage share. Responsibilities include proposing and negotiating PayPay payment service introductions to large corporations, chain stores, and national clients. It also involves planning and proposing promotions for existing customers to encourage usage (e.g., PayPay coupons, campaigns), listening to customer needs, and collaborating with internal departments and utilizing AI to achieve rapid and rational service improvements and new feature development. The role also requires leading projects, engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals, and continuously simplifying internal operations related to contracts, various submissions, and settlements through AI utilization.
Must Have
- Corporate sales experience (especially sales experience for major companies and national clients)
- Experience in related industries such as IT, web services, finance, and payment services
- Ability to identify problems, plan and execute solutions independently
- Experience in utilizing generative AI for customer proposals and improving business process efficiency
- Ability to communicate smoothly with various stakeholders and promote work collaboratively
Good to Have
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills (e.g., pivot tables)
- Experience handling and selling financial products (cards, leases, payment terminals, etc.)
- Experience handling and selling payment-related services (POS, payment processing, etc.)
- Leadership experience in project-based mission execution
- Business level English proficiency

Planning and Proposal Sales
- Propose and negotiate the introduction of PayPay payment services to large corporations, chain stores, and national clients.
- Plan and propose promotions for existing customers after introduction to encourage usage (e.g., utilizing PayPay coupons, implementing campaigns).
- Listen to customer needs, and collaborate with internal departments and utilize AI to achieve the fastest and most rational service improvements and new feature development.
- As a project promotion leader, aim to achieve goals by involving internal and external stakeholders.
- As a salesperson, continuously simplify internal operations related to contracts, various submissions, and settlements through AI utilization.
Required Experience/Skills
- Corporate sales experience (especially sales experience for major companies and national clients).
- Experience in related industries such as IT, web services, finance, and payment services.
- Ability to identify problems, plan and execute solutions independently.
- Experience in utilizing generative AI for customer proposals and improving business process efficiency.

- Hybrid Workstyle (office, home, or satellite office for remote work)

Working Hours
- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays
- Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days.
Leave (Statutory Leave and Company Benefits)
- Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, prorated according to the joining month. Usable from the joining date)

Salary
- Annual salary system (including some fixed overtime pay)
- Decided according to company regulations based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution
- Reviewed once a year
- Special bonus (incentive) paid once a year based on company performance and individual contribution
- Overtime work allowance, late-night work allowance available
- *Regarding salary payment, a portion can be received via a PayPay account (supports digital salary payment)*
