Job Summary

Frima is seeking an Executive Producer to elevate its business unit, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and performance. This position involves being the primary contact for partners, implementing best practices for strong relationships, leading contract negotiations, and identifying new business opportunities. The Executive Producer will also collaborate with sales teams, establish success metrics, manage resource planning, ensure game quality, track performance indicators, and oversee the P&L of the co-development unit, providing financial insights and recommendations to management.

Must Have

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, and implement best practices that foster strong, long-term relationships with them
  • Implement tools and processes to ensure effective communication from teams to partners regarding project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements align with company objectives and capabilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for their business unit
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Establish success indicators and economic models to evaluate the growth and impact of the business unit
  • Establish resource planning required for projects in their business unit according to expertise needs and project milestones
  • Validate game quality and consistency throughout the production process with responsible producers and the partner, to ensure established standards are met
  • Produce and monitor performance indicators for their business unit
  • Develop and manage the P&L of the co-development unit, ensuring financial objectives are met
  • Report financial performance and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and present investment proposals to management to advance the company's positioning
  • University degree in administration, project management or other relevant field related to video game development
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management in the video game field or a similar field
  • Proven experience in an Executive or Senior Producer role in the video game industry, preferably in service and/or co-development studios
  • Very good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to travel outside the country as needed
  • Excellent command of French and English (written and oral)

  • Proven experience in an Executive or Senior Producer role in the video game industry, preferably in service and/or co-development studios;
  • Very good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Ability to travel outside the country as needed;
  • Excellent command of French and English (written and oral). English skills are required for the work as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
