Must Have:
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, racking, and building systems.
  • Coordinate vendor services and manage maintenance contracts.
  • Assist with installation, relocation, or modification of racking, shelving, office furniture and other equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor work orders.
  • Troubleshoot minor facility issues (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards.
  • Support warehouse management in facility improvement projects.
  • Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the day.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, lockout/tagout, and equipment operation.

This role is for a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join our team at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse by performing preventative maintenance, coordinating vendor service calls, and assisting with facility improvements. This role supports all aspects of facility and equipment upkeep to minimize downtime and maintain a productive, safe work environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, racking, and building systems (conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, HVAC, lighting, etc.).
  • Coordinate vendor services and manage maintenance contracts for equipment such as compressors, forklifts, HVAC, First Aid, etc.
  • Assist with installation, relocation, or modification of racking, shelving, office furniture and other equipment during layout changes or operational moves.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor work orders.
  • Troubleshoot minor facility issues (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards.
  • Support warehouse management in facility improvement projects.
  • Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills, and/or experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
