Job Description

On Location seeks a Food & Beverage Manager for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Games. The role involves overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations for the event, ensuring high-quality service and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities will include menu planning, staff management, budget control, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in food and beverage management, ideally within large-scale events or hospitality settings. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position is based in Milan and offers the opportunity to contribute to a world-class sporting event.

Must have:

Experience in large-scale event F&B management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Budget management and vendor coordination experience
Adherence to safety and sanitation standards
