岗位职责
1. 基于全球ARPG品类发展趋势，结合战斗系统设计、角色成长体系及叙事深度，挖掘具备高动作表现力与沉浸式剧情体验的产品机会；
2. 主导区域性用户研究，分析不同市场对ARPG核心要素的偏好，针对性优化产品本地化方案；
3. 深度参与某世界级IP的ARPG大作开发，主导产品调优与全球化发行策略，打造兼具IP情怀与创新玩法的现象级作品；
4. 推动战斗系统调优与版本规划，平衡玩法设计、优化数值体系、设计运营活动，提升玩家留存与付费ARPU；
5. 协调研发团队，确保动作表现与设备性能适配，主导跨部门协作实现高质量版本交付。
岗位要求
1. 5年以上ARPG品类开发/产品设计经验，主导过完整项目生命周期（立项至上线），有成功ARPG项目核心系统设计经验者优先；
2. 深度体验ARPG品类标杆作品，能精准拆解其动作设计、叙事节奏及商业化模型；
3.精通ARPG数据运营，能通过核心指标优化运营策略，熟悉数值平衡方法论及商业化模型搭建；
4. 英语流利，能主导跨文化团队协作，有跨区域产品设计经验者优先；
5. 具备强产品思维与跨团队协作能力，能与研发各类动作设计、特效美术、数值策划等模块高效配合，推动核心玩法落地。
