Game Tester (QA)

At Hitwicket (stalk us @ hitwicket.com) we are on a mission to be THE game for Cricket. Think FIFA and Football. In pursuance of our mission, we have secured a Series A funding of $3 Million from Prime Ventures (Investors in MyGate, Happay, HackerEarth, etc.) PS - We are the only company in the world where creative problem solving is actually fun & games.

Roles and Responsibilities

Work with Product Manager to understand the features inside out and create a test plan for each rollout

Execute the test plan and work with Engineering to iron out the issues

Ensure that the product release would meet the expectations of the users

Be the "go to" person for anything related to readiness of the solution

Requirement

1+ year of work experience as a quality analyst, or in a similar role

Experience in the Mobile Gaming industry is a big plus

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that would enable you to keep all the stakeholders in the loop

Strong understanding of software development life cycle

Ability to write scripts, etc, to assist with automation is a bonus

Prior knowledge about Hitwicket is a strong plus
