IO Interactive is currently looking for Gameplay Animators to join the Istanbul office & Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate with directors, leads and other team members to achieve the creative vision of the project at the highest level of design. Your goal is to continuously set new levels for visuals in our 007 game, and push to the highest standard of the industry, together with your team.

This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment in our Istanbul office, available to individuals at all levels of seniority.

 We are aiming for all new hires to start in May, to fully align with our project timelines and team dynamics.


What you will do:

  • Work alongside the animation team and create animations that fits the style and vision laid out by the directors.
  • Create an experience which is fluid and has a great feel on the sticks.
  • Bring vision into imaginative motion through keyframe.
  • Bring memorable and imaginative characters to life through animation.
  • Work closely with other animators to support a courageous and constructive culture.

    About The Company

    IO Interactive is a 25-year old, AAA independent game studio, creators of HITMAN, Kane & Lynch, Mini Ninjas and Freedom Fighters. We are currently working on Project 007, Project Fantasy, and continue to develop Glacier, our award-winning game engine.


    We are a diverse team of designers, producers, artists, programmers and operations supporters from 40+ different nationalities, working on cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art game design.
