The General Parts & Spares Coordinator (Goods In) is responsible for managing all items received and dispatched to support the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for Zeeco Europe Ltd. This includes picking, booking, packing, and shipping goods daily, coordinating with Manufacturing & Logistics for correct documentation, and issuing parts from Works Orders on SAGE 200. The role also involves inspecting received goods, performing Positive Material Identification (PMI), supporting aftermarket orders and stock takes, unloading/loading items, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Must have:

Pick, book, pack, and ship goods daily.
Coordinate with Manufacturing & Logistics.
Produce and maintain accurate documentation.
Issue parts from Works Order on SAGE 200.
Inspect goods received and book them in.
Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI).
Keep Goods Inwards and Stores areas clean and tidy.

Forklift Licence / Vertical Lifter.
Excellent communicator – verbal and written.
Problem-solving skills.
Negotiation skills.
MRP skills.
Experience in a Quality / Engineering environment.
Experience reading and understanding piece part drawings.
Support day to day activities if / when worked up on Aftermarket orders.
Support Stock take.
Unloading / loading items.
Keep staging area clearly marked with Job numbers.

The General Parts & Spares Coordinator (Goods In) will be responsible for the management of all items received and dispatched to support ISO 9001; 2015 Quality Management System for all departments in Zeeco Europe Ltd.

About the position

The primary responsibility of the General Parts & Spares Coordinator (Goods In) is to ensure that all goods are picked, booked, packed and shipped out on a daily basis, and to coordinate with the Manufacturing & Logistics departments to ensure goods being dispatched have the required documentation.

Responsibilities

To coordinate all Manufacturing spares jobs using the Work orders / purchase orders issued by Manufacturing department.
Pick the goods ready for outsourcing or manufacturing to meet the relevant start date.
To produce and maintain accurate documentation. (Record heat numbers etc)
Issue the parts from the Works Order on SAGE 200 daily. Update the Manufacturing Log with percentage complete.
Coordinate the packing of goods working with Logistics to ensure we have the correct sizes for wooden crates, pallet bases post final inspection.
Return to stock and parts not used and update the relevant works order.
Inspecting goods received, booking them in, Non-Ferrous items will need to be Positive Material Identified (PMI) using the material certificate. (Cover holiday periods)
Support day to day activities if / when worked up on Aftermarket orders.
To support Stock take.
Unloading / loading items.
Keep Goods Inwards and Stores areas clean and tidy.
Keep staging area clearly marked with Job numbers.

Knowledge/Skills and Experience

Forklift Licence / Vertical Lifter (ideally, however training will be provided)
Excellent communicator – verbal and written.
Problem solving skills.
Negotiation skills.
MRP skills.
Experience of working in a Quality / Engineering environment.
Experience of reading and understanding piece part drawings.
