Nous recherchons un nouveau talent pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est basé à Wasquehal. Il s'agit d'un poste sur site.

Nous comptons sur vous pour :

  • Effectuer l’ouverture des dossiers sinistres prévoyance et le calcul des indemnités.
  • Instruire et suivre les dossiers sinistres prévoyance de toute nature (incapacité, invalidité, décès).
  • Instruire et suivre les dossiers médicaux des sinistres prévoyance soumis à un process médical (incapacité, invalidité)
  • Traiter les dossiers « Noémie » (télétransmission), les mails (gestion des dossiers, conseils aux sociétés, …) et les appels téléphoniques pour la gestion des dossiers.
  • Assurez la relation avec le client (RH et bénéficiaires), les compagnies d’assurances, les services paie externalisés, les médecins experts.
  • Transmettre au service juridique les problématiques juridiques de l’environnement prévoyance et les réactions clients. Vous êtes en échange régulier avec les unités commerciales, les équipes Frais Médicaux, Fichier et Paramétrage.
  • Assurez le reporting régulier de votre activité au responsable de groupe 

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

  • De formation Bac/Bac+2 (ou expérience équivalente), vous connaissez l’environnement de la prévoyance (fonctionnement Sécurité Sociale, régimes complémentaires, acteurs du marché…).
  • Vous maitrisez les contrats et leurs spécificités ainsi que la pratique des assureurs.
  • Vous savez identifier vos priorités et avez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
  • Vous démontrez un sens aigu de la satisfaction client et faites preuve d’un esprit d’équipe.
