We will count on you to:
Deliver HR administrative support to colleagues including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation related to the employee life-cycle
Provide information and resolution to employees questions and issues via emails in a timely and professional manner, providing high-quality support
Update Employee profiles on Workday, and handle requests on external providers websites/French administration websites (e.g. Work permits, Benefits, etc.)
Support with benefit calculation/entitlement on a monthly basis
Maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of HR Administration policies, practices and procedures
Providing HR tool (Workday) support for Managers and employees
What you need to have:
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required
Willingness to work with HR documentation and excellent attention to detail
Have at least 3 years of experience in HR Administration/HR Services/Operations or Administration
Good command of English
Willingness to develop within the field of HR Administration
Working knowledge of MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
You would be an outstanding candidate if you have :
Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday
Experience using Case Management software (ex. ServiceNow)
Understanding of French labour law legislation
