Job Description

As an HR Assistant at 22DOGS in Milan, you will support daily HR operations for both Milan and Tenerife offices. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding, ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience. You will maintain accurate records, liaise with external providers, and assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency and compliance across studios.
Must Have:
  • Support the recruitment process: post job ads, review CVs and reels, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing employment documentation and welcome materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, work permits, attendance, and leave tracking).
  • Liaise with external providers for payroll, benefits, and other administrative needs.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and databases are organized and compliant.
  • Support internal communications and respond to general HR-related queries.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, HR events, and team initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team in Tenerife to align practices and ensure consistent standards across locations.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Italian employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Discreet, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or similar office software.

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team in Milan. You’ll work closely with the HR team, supporting the smooth running of daily HR operations for both the Milan and Tenerife offices.

Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.

This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and creative environment. You’ll collaborate with various departments and help maintain consistency and compliance across both studios.
