Job Description

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role drives initiatives related to talent management, organizational development, engagement, performance, and culture, ensuring the people strategy enables business success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Must Have:
  • Align people strategies with organizational goals
  • Drive talent management, organizational development, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, career, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)
  • Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching to leaders
  • Create and interpret HR dashboards and KPIs for business decisions
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or tech
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

YOUR ROLE

The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP drives initiatives related to talent management, organizational development, engagement, performance, and culture, ensuring the people strategy enables business success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In your daily job you will:

  • Strategic Talent attraction and selection
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
  • Design career and succession plans
  • Promote internal mobility
  • Administer climate/NPS surveys.
  • Design engagement and retention activities.
  • Implement change management strategies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Conduct internal equity analyses.
  • Review external salary competitiveness.
  • Advise on variable compensation.
  • Collaborate on benefits plans.
  • Broad knowledge of major medical insurance and life insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT regulations.
  • Follow up on labor disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with audits and internal regulations.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations.
  • Implement PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans).
  • Provide coaching to leaders.
  • Create HR dashboards (attrition, compa-ratio, headcount).
  • Interpret KPIs to support business decisions.
  • Manage HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Coordinate health and safety programs.
  • Drive physical and emotional well-being initiatives

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT).
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
