The HR Manager plays the vital role of supporting the studio’s growth on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, tactics, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Update and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to instill organization values and culture.
• Implement training, monitoring, professional development, and succession plans.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Departments and Team Leaders in all HR areas covering industrial relations, manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, competence development and retention of staff to meet current and future business needs.
• Enable effective decision-making for the Management for organizational and talent development by providing regular insights and strategic recommendation to allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently.
• Support, communicate and advise Management on their talent development initiatives.
• Work closely and be an active “sounding board” to the Management team on organizational design and development of job structure.
• Drive best practice and act as a counsel to Management in all areas of employee performance.
• Translate key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy, partnering with management and consulting them on the best course of action.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talents.
• Connect management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Propose and control the HR budgets and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
• Lead HR projects that are newly implemented and exercise revisions that are aligned with the business’ growth and direction.
• Oversee the implementation of a HRMS system.
• Oversee company’s payroll and performance management systems.
• Lead HR department by managing, guiding, and developing HR team members to have the right competence and capacity in delivering high-quality HR tasks to support the organization.
• Represent the HR Department consistently and with utmost professionalism.
• Review and monitor annual Learning and Development Strategy.
Job Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager leading an organization through annual HR practices (performance management, OKR setting, merit and budget planning, and benchmarking) and working with business leaders at varying levels.
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a must.
• Knowledgeable in all HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication (oral and verbal), presentation and report building skills.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
• Analytical and output oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
• Adaptable and flexible person who understands the dynamic of fast paced environments while being detail oriented
