Synechron is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources professional to lead and oversee the entire HR function for the organization. In this executive role, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s growth, culture, and compliance requirements. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, ensure efficient HR operations, and contribute to the organization’s overall success by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Must Have

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  • Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, reporting insights to leadership and recommending process improvements.
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with applicable labor laws and regulatory standards across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, promoting organizational values and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR management experience, including leading HR teams and operations at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing HR processes within large or complex organizational structures.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
  • Extensive experience in employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices across different jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and influence organizational change.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across diverse groups.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to translate organizational objectives into effective HR initiatives.
