  • Several years of professional experience (Senior Level).

  • Proficient in common MS Office programs.

Job Description

Private Client Services (PCS) is specialized in the individual risk protection of wealthy individuals and families (HNWI). Our experts advise on the risks that can be associated with an upscale lifestyle.

From our office in Hamburg, we serve our clientele throughout Germany with tailor-made coverage concepts. Based on the individually specific life circumstances, we determine the customer's risk situation together with the customer and coordinate the appropriate protection. Here, we ensure the quality of insurance coverage through an international network of experienced specialists (e.g., for art, yachts, classic cars, premium cars, riding and racehorses). The regular review of contracts and adjustment of insurance coverage for our existing customers are just as much a part of our service as, of course, the preparation of offers for new customers and support and advice in the event of a claim.

  • Specialized support and portfolio actions for our wealthy private clients with a focus on composite insurance
  • Written and telephone support, advice and answering inquiries
  • Risk assessment, obtaining and preparing offers, application processing, contract creation and preparatory claims handling
  • Data entry and administrative office management tasks; creation of policies and endorsements
  • Negotiations with insurers regarding premium and benefit content of insurance coverage
  • Technical and administrative support for the client advisor and the PCS team leader
  • Support in claims handling

What defines you:

  • Successfully completed training as an insurance clerk or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience / Senior Level
  • Experience in high-end private customer business is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of communication with customers
  • Extensive knowledge in composite and private insurance
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Good written and oral expression
  • A high quality expectation for one's own work
