S3NS, a partnership between Thales and Google Cloud, aims to provide secure cloud solutions. This internship, reporting to the CEO, involves a central role in the entity's governance. Key missions include coordinating the Management Committee, preparing decision-making information, liaising with management and parent companies, planning and preparing meetings, facilitating cross-functional communication, piloting strategic initiatives, and improving organizational processes and communication.

S3NS was born from the industrial partnership between Thales, a world leader in cybersecurity, and Google Cloud, a world leader in cloud solutions. Reporting to the CEO of S3NS, you will play a central role in the smooth functioning of the entity's governance bodies.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Coordinate the operations of the S3NS Management Committee (CEO, COO, CTO, CISO, CPO, Chief Sales Officer, etc.)
• Prepare information facilitating decision-making by the Management.
• Ensure and maintain the link between management and direction, as well as between Direction and parent companies.
• Plan and help prepare management meetings (Management Committees, Board of Directors, executive meetings, etc.) and operational meetings (Business Review, Operations Review, etc.).
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Lead/coordinate certain strategic initiatives that do not clearly fit into the organizational chart or that are located between departments.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the organization and processes.
• Structure and help disseminate company-wide communication.

Your profile

• Are you pursuing a bac+4/5 degree specializing in project management and looking for a 6-month internship?
• Do you ideally have initial experience in a similar environment or a consulting firm?
• Do you have excellent organizational skills, rigor, and interpersonal skills?
• Do you demonstrate strong writing skills and the ability to synthesize complex information?
• Do you have an aptitude for cross-functional work and coordination?
